The Site is informational
The Site provides information about Un-Factory Foods, our production model, and resources for independent food makers. Submitting a maker or retail-partner inquiry does not create a contract, partnership, franchise, employment, or agency relationship, and does not guarantee acceptance into the network. Any working relationship is governed by a separate written agreement.

Our resources and guides — including materials about cottage food laws, wholesale rules, labeling, and starting a food business — are general information for planning only. They are not legal, regulatory, tax, or professional advice, and may not reflect the most current law in your state. Cottage food and food-safety laws vary by jurisdiction and change frequently.
